BROCKMAN HALL XAVIER UNIVERSITY CAMPUS CINCINNATI, OHIO Brockman Hall was built in 1956. It was the first building constructed as a dormitory since Elet Hall opened in 1924. Brockman houses 270 students, several student lounges, the campus pub, a TV studio, two classrooms equipped with closed- circuit TV, an art studio or film editing room and the TV curriculum director's office.
