was built in 1924 by Ham Cotton and rests along
350 feet of ocean frontage. The 21 Acres of "Cotton
Estates" where the 5 acres of the president's pro-
perty is, include the 10 room Nixon household, guest
house, tennis court, and radio station, the price of
the home, purchased in May, 1969 was $340,000.00.
