Hydroelectric Plant is scheduled for completion by end of 1973 at an
estimated cost of $340 million. Upper reservoir is 2.2 miles long, holds
27 billion gallons of water.

built to produce 1,872,000 kilowatts. Each turbine weighs 330 tons.
