Each year during the Sun Carnival Celebration,
El Paso plays host to two of the outstanding
teams of the nation in the oldest bowl game in
Texas and the third oldest in the U.S.
From the Sun Bowl can be seen two nations
and three states.
Built at a cost of over $2,000,000 every seat
in the 30,000 capacity faces the 50 yard line.
