This Union Pacific Streamliner, operating between
Chicago and Portland, is the first Pullman-equipped
streamline train ever built. It is powered by the
largest light-weight V-type Diesel engine so far
constructed. Material of cars is aluminum alloy. The
train is completely air-conditioned and represents
the last word in modern travel comfort.
