Pointing skyward, the towers top of the
Flatiron Building show the location of the Skyland
broadcasting station, WWNC, source of a variety
of interesting radio programs. This station has been
heard by listeners in almost every State in the
Union, in Canada, Cuba and in far-off Hawaii and
New Zealand. A member of the southeastern group
of NBC stations, its schedules include the finest
in radio entertainment. Station WWNC operates
with a power of 1,000 watts, on a frequency of
570 kilocycles.
