Loading over 35,000 freight cars, Browder put a personal
note in each car-stating it was a pleasure to handle their
business and asked for new ideas as to loading in order to
SERVE them BETTER. Photo above, shows several of his scrap-
books containing over 5000 letters of thanks for interest shown,
received from firms all over the U. S. Every year Browder
spent his 2 weeks vacation in visiting firms served.
