HOPKINS COUNTY COURTHOUSE
Sulphur Springs, Texas
Erected in 1894, the Courthouse is situated on
the town square and has become one of the
outstanding tourist attractions of the area. The
red granite stone used in its construction was
hauled in from Burnet County and the sandstone
trim is from Pecos, Texas. Original cost of the
building was $65,000.
