OLD FRENCH LEGATION
Built in 1840 by Comte Alphonse Dubois de Saligny, charge
d'affaires to the Republic of Texas. Purchased in 1945 by the
State of Texas and placed in the custody of the Daughters of the
Republic of Texas, and restored by them.
