This park located in the Central Hill Country of Texas offers year round relaxation. A popular recreation spot in the rugged hills of the Frio River. Offering camping, guest ranch, lodging, swimming and water cycling, also a restaurant and dance pavilion. The towering Cypress Woodland and grass covered hills makes for a beautiful scene. This park was named for ex-Vice President John Nance Garner who served with Franklin D. Roosevelt, and now resides in Uvalde, Texas.
