Opened 1959, this $21 million passenger facility
handles 169 daily flights to and from such places
as Mexico, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Canada, Florida
and Texas. Largest of Idlewild's individual build-
ings, this one's main lobby could hold a football
field. Terminal also serves Mohawk and Aeronaves
(Mexican) Airlines.
