ORANGE SHOW ENTRANCE
The present day Orange Show has come
Show has come a long
way from the first one held under a tent at 4th and
E St. in 1911. A wind storm hit the show in 1924,
the next year it had a new building 750 feet long
and 50 feet wide. The only interruption was when the
Army moved in during World War Two. Today there
are over 100 acres of buildings and grounds. The
buildings are used the year 'round for sports and con-
