Additional Details:
The Maxwell House, built in 1890, is an outstanding example of Victorian architecture. It takes its name from Frank Maxwell, the Mining Engineer, who lived here over 50 years. The family is having such a good time together & drawing as happy as can be. The Tooth o Mountain trail to Singer is really rugged but beautiful & lots of beautiful things to see. I had me had some fried chicken for lunch and we had picnic fried chicken at this park we are going Ogden to breakfast swimming this morning, sail hiking in the mountains this evening and all things chuck wagon dinner & air. There is dance at Lodge tonight & we are all going - Get a # for George & Pud & Roger - the kids are going crazy for hiking. Hope Dexter is having fun. Love to all - V & She.
