This mural, decorating the east wall of The Franklin
Savings Bank, depicts Benjamin Franklin as a
patriot and statesman, at Independence Hall, Phila-
delphia, surrounded by his great contemporaries who
worked with him to build our Great Nation.
Upon the rostrum, from left to right, are Pinckney,
Robert T. Paine, John Paul Jones, Madison, Jay,
Adams, Washington, Lafayette, Hancock, Franklin,
Marshall, Hamilton, Burr, Jefferson, John Adams,
Monroe, Morris, and Thomas Paine.
