He holds a hammer in his raised right hand and appears to be hammering a green Christmas wreath, adorned with red berries, onto the Earth. The wreath has a red ribbon tied to it. A small rectangular sign attached to the wreath reads "A WORLD of JOY!" The background is dark blue with white streaks suggesting motion and numerous white stars, some of which appear to be shooting stars.
