Breakfast Menu included Oranges, Quaker Oats, Cerealine, Force Cakes, Fried Whiting, Cod Fish, Findon Haddie in Cream, Grilled Mutton Chops, Broiled Cambridge Sausages, Broiled Wiltshire Bacon, Fricassee of Tripe, Boiled, Fried & Poached Eggs--To Order, French Fried and Mashed Potatoes, Vienna & Graham Rolls, Scones, Oatcakes, Zwiebacks, Indian Griddle Cakes and Syrup, Conserve, Tea, Radishes, Coffee, Marmalade.
