JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE
PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON
Built in 1891 of carved stone and brick this courthouse
is one of the two oldest in the state (Spokane County
Courthouse is the other) both were designed by W.A.
RITCHIE. The design is 18th Century French Renais-
sance and is typical of the architecture of this area.
