Boeing 767-300 in Assembly Plant

The first 767-300 rolled off the assembly line at Boeing's Everett, Washington plant on January 14, 1986. This latest version of the 767 is 21 feet longer than the original 767-200. Passenger seating is increased by 20 percent, and cargo volume by 30 percent. The airplane will go into service in the fall of 1986. At rollout time, four customers had ordered a total of 28 of the wide-body airplanes. |
