This community church is located near the town of
Mammoth Lakes and near the foot of Mammoth Moun-
tain. From this area one may take a great number of
interesting side trips. This is a land that had a short
gold rush, but more money was put in the ground than
was taken out. This is a land for the fishermen and
the hiker. This is a Vacationist's Paradise, a land rough
and mountainous, a land of residual glaciers, a land of
trees and rocks. There are streams and lakes and a
