This famous cave is the largest cave North of Virginia and is visited by over 50,000 persons annually. It is a Natural Underground Cavern and declared by scientists to be many hundreds of thousands years old. The cave is located 19 miles from Reading, 20 miles from Allentown, along the William Penn Highway between Reading and Allentown. It is open every day in the year, with every comfort provided for visitors. Meals may be secured at the Tavern located on the property. A beautiful picnic park is always open and is free to visitors. |
