Approached from the sea the harbos
Honolulu presents one of the most beautiful
sites in the world. Often times the steamers
surround baughing swimming boys who
will dive or pennies thrown overbod by the
traveler.
As the steamer enters the inner harbor
upon the right is fort Armstrong a mortar
battery and on the left Quaranting Island
The United States Naval Station is on the
esplanade fronting the Harbor. The largest
steamers in the world can enter Honolulu
