Cocoanut island which is situated in the
Bay of Hilo, Hawaii is a favorite resort for the
people of that city. It is a recreation ground
well worth the visit. Hilo is the principle town
and seaport of the island of Hawaii, and has a
population of about six thousand. A great
breakwater gives the port a perfectly sheltered
harbor and splendid dimensions.
