| Higgins Hall, located at Wythe and Hurst Avenues, was presented to the Chautauqua Institution in 1893 by the late Hon. F. W. Higgins and his sister, Mrs. F. S. Smith, as a memorial to their father Orin Trall Higgins. The building is used by the Instruction Department as a recitation and lecture room. |
