Quechee Gorge is a natural wonder near the village of Quechee, Ver-
mont, known for the manufacture of woolens. The highway follows
an old railroad line and crosses the gorge on a converted railroad
bridge 285 feet long and 162 feet above the Ottauquechee River.
There is ample parking space at the bridge.
