The Rice Building Troy, NY
The six story Hall Building was erected in 1871 by Benjamin
H. Hall. The original sixth floor and towers were lost to fire in
1913, later becoming the Rice Building.
Major reconstruction was done by local firms from 1998-
2002. The building is fully wired and occupied by high-tech
firms. This began high-tech rewiring for all renovated down-
town buildings.
