La Placita Dining Rooms
On The Plaza-Old Town-Albuquerque, New Mexico
Built originally in 1706. First known as the Casa De Armijo,
the home of a prominent early day family. Later it served
as a fort and refuge during the Mexican, Spanish and
American Civil War, and as an early trading post.
Restored to its original character in 1930, and refinished
again in 1955, it is now the home of the original La
Placita Dining Rooms.
There are six beautiful and authentically charactered
dining rooms to serve you the very finest in genuine
Mexican dishes, choice steaks and other delicious American
foods in a romantic, candle-lit atmosphere of year-round
completely air-conditioned comfort. Troubadors play nightly
for added pleasure.
Open 11:30 A.M. to 9:30 P.M. Daily
