MARKET HOUSE AND PUBLIC HALL.
Market Square of Knoxville is one of the really noted markets
of the South. Here over 100 wagons are lined up every week
day morning, loaded with products from rich, suburban farms,
and more than that number of stalls display everything in
the line of food that could be desired. In the midst of this
-busy section is the Public Hall, a chaste building with broad
entrance and attractive side tower.
