Most Lobsters are green with black mottling when caught, but turn varying shades when boiled. Lobsters are very kinky, oddball (shell) ancient Crustacean. Bones are on the outside, nervous system is along the belly, the brain is near the throat, it listens with the legs, tastes with the feet and has molars in the stomach, the kidneys are behind the forehead. They are known to have existed 100 million years ago.
