Follows: Mix 1 Cup Flour, 7/8 Cup Cornstarch, 1 Teaspoon
Salt, 3 Tablespoons Cresent Super Seasoning Salt, and 1
Teaspoon Garlic Powder. Stir In 1-11 Oz. Can Beer Until
Batter Is Consistency of Cream (Add More Beer If Mixture Is
Too Thick). Dredge Halibut In Flour And Then Beer Batter,
Then Deep Fry.
