approximately 30 miles of Philadelphia center. Frozen,
in oven-ready, family size packages, from registered
Angus herd (12th year.) Animals organically raised
for fine quality and freedom from poison sprays, etc.
Price includes cost of processing and shipping, based
on market prices of choice beef. Cuts (steaks, roasts,
ground beef, stew beef, etc.) and quantities averaged
by butcher into typical shipments, as follows:
