From the time of the caveman and down through the ages, husbands have sought to prevent erection of Dog Houses, declaring them unfit for human occupancy, to which wives snappily remarked, "Oh, so husbands are human?" Even Socrates had no answer for that one. Modern man has attempted to install a union hour scale, but wives recall a rhyme about "woman's work is never done" and believe Dog House building can go on any hour of day or night. Marvelous how quickly wives build the canine habitat, even from flimsy material. |
