Big Spring has two golf courses for Public
use, one of which is encompassed in the 234
acre City Park which also has a swimming
pool and picnicking facilities. The State Park
contains 327 Acres with a beautiful scenic
drive overlooking the City and Webb Air
Force Base, with picnicking and limited
Camping facilities. The "Big Spring" for
which the city was named is located in Pi-
oneer State Park.
