Hesperia Golf Course, California Merle Porter Hesperia, CA The golf course of Hesperia is located a short distance below the Hesperia Inn. Near by a great number of homes have been built by those who like the fresh air of the desert. This is known as the high desert where summer heat is never very high. Year round sports are to be found here, swimming, golf, fishing, hunting and other outdoor fun. Small lakes dot the golf course surrounded by the Joshua tree and Yucca. In the background may be seen the snow covered hills that form the great water shed that supply the desert with its underground river. |
