UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE Memorial Hall Delaware as a it Newark, Delaware (1924) was erected by the citizens of state war memorial. Enlarged in 1939, served as the University Library until 1963. Refurbished in 1964, this building now houses the offices of the Dean of the College of Arts and Science, classrooms, and faculty offices.
