NOTED HORSE TRACKS
Where a man got killed running a horse race on Sunday, it is said that
he made this remark: "I will win this race or go to hell." His head
struck a pine and that side of the tree died to the top and the balance
of the tree stayed green for years. Later the worms killed it, it rotted
and fell, but is still to be seen.
This man and horse is just a supposed picture, but on the same scene.
