Located near Towson, beautiful Loch Raven is a
of water supply for the metropolitan
Baltimore area. The dam impounds 23 billion
gallons when full. The lake is surrounded by
wooded areas for picnicking, a fine public golf
course, and also has boating and fishing facilities.
