Pangborn Public Park

| Sponsored by the City and landscaped upon a site donated by Thomas W. and John C. Pangborn, this park was dedicated to the people of Hagerstown in 1939. It contains a formal garden, a beautiful lake, fully equipped recreational field with two ball diamonds, tennis courts, etc. Fireplace and completed picnic facilities are also included. |
