The Carriage House and charming terrace of the
Chatillon-DeMenil House, 3352 S. 13th St., St. Louis.
The renovated Carriage House is a restaurant where
luncheon and refreshments are served. To the far right,
the terrace and garden area with tables and chairs for
outdoor serving. The DeMenil House, with its stately
pillars and iron grillwork, has been completely restored
to reflect the elegant living of the mid-19th Century. A
gift shop, The Carriage Trade, is located in the lower
level of the house. The historic site is open daily from
10 a.m. to 4 p.m., except Monday.
