where the sails of the United States Frigate
"Constitution" were made. The name "Bim-A
stone Corner" was given to this section because
of the gunpowder that was stored in the basar
ment of the Church in 1812. Prior and during
the Civil War the views and principles of the
Abolitionists were preached here.
