Kansas City's new Municipal Auditorium
covers the entire
block bounded by Thirteenth
and Fourteenth, Central and Wyandotte streets.
Its exterior dimensions are 419 by 332 feet,
and it rises to a height equal to that of a
ten story office building. Erected at a cost of
$6,500,000, the Auditorium provides facilities
for every conceivable kind of gathering, from
the smallest lecture on concert to the largest
convention, exposition or athletic show.
