The Headquarters of Gen. Bragg during the bat-
tle. Within the Reservation, the government has
erected a seventy foot steel observation tower from
which splendid view of Lookout Mountain, the
entire Chattanooga Valley and a glimpse of Chicka-
mauga Park may be had. The State of Illinois has
erected a beautiful monument near the tower,
