Widow Piper's Tavern

| Once the "Widow Piper's Tavern," this house at Queen and King, Shippensburg, Pa., was built in 1735 and used for Cumberland County court sessions 1750-1751 until a court house was erected in Carlisle. Front wall was completely rebuilt in 1961. Civic Club maintains this building as a meeting place. |
