EDUCATION BUILDING, near the Capitol, Harris- burg, Pennsylvania, contains the State Library and an auditorium known as the Forum, seating 1800 people. Huge murals tracing the history of civilization decorate the walls. The ceiling is a replica of the map of the heavens over which is imposed the entire Zodiacal band.
