HISTORIC LONG ISLAND: SAGTIKOS MANOR
Apple Tree Wicke, dates back to 1692. It was here,
as the guest of 'Squire Thompson," that President
George Washington spent a night on his tour of Long
Island in April, 1790. This Old Revolutionary War
Headquarters is located on beautiful Montauk High-
way, about halfway between the villages of BAY
SHORE and BABYLON.
