PUNDERSON STATE PARK
Off S.R. 87 near Newbury, Ohio
Karl Long, trucking firm owner, designed the Manor
House to serve as a summer mansion. He invested
about $250,000 but died before building was com-
pleted. Years later, the state remodeled the mansion
to serve as a public vacation facility.
