THE MILAN HISTORICAL MUSEUM
Picturesquely located in Milan, Ohio, one block
from the birthplace of Thomas A. Edison, in
house built by Dr. Leman Galpin, physician
assisting at inventor's birth. Displayed on two
floors are many mementoes of early canal days
when Milan was a shipbuilding center and
world's second largest grain port. A rare antique
doll exhibit, fine gun collection, 2 rooms of
American Pattern and Art Glass.
