DELANO SOUTHERN PACIFIC JAIL
The Southern Pacific Jail is an authentic building
that was used to house lawbreakers who worked on the
S.P. railhead when it was being constructed. Built in
1874, this structure was carried on a flatcar while the
line was being constructed from Delano to Caliente.
