| Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. The largest of several tributaries to Bighorn Canyon is located a few miles southeast of Yellowtail Dam. It was previously accessible only on foot or horseback. This beautiful canyon offers sheltered waters for fishing, water skiing and camping. Early maps refer to it as "Absaroka" Canyon. |
