Dolphin
"Coryphaena hippurus"
A warm-water fish of the open ocean caught
in Florida all year staying in or near the Gulf
Stream. This fish shifts rapidly from one color
phase to another but is always some combina-
tion of green, yellow, or blue usually with
light blue spots. It reaches a weight of well
over 60 pounds but averages about 15 to 20.
