Additional Details:
This ""drop center"" type car shown here in the brilliant colors of the 20's was once a familiar sight on Cleveland streets. It was built in 1913 by the G.C. Kuhiman Car Co. of Cleveland and was frequently employed pulling trailers. Later, it was operated in 6-car trains on the Shaker Heights Rapid Transit. At one time there were 201 cars of this type in Cleveland. No. 1225 may be viewed and ridden at Gerald E. Brookins Trolleyville, U.S.A., 7100 Columbia Rd., State Route 252, Olmsted Falls, Ohio, near Gate #9, Ohio Turnpike. 16 historical trolleys on display
